    LDPE, also known as LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE in Chinese, is called low-density polyethylene. Due to its low density and soft material, it is mainly used in plastic bags, agricultural films, etc.

    The full name of LLDPE is Linear Low Density Polyethylene, also known as Linear Low Density Polyethylene in Chinese. Its appearance is similar to LDPE, but its transparency is relatively poor. However, it has a good surface gloss, low temperature toughness, high modulus, bending resistance, stress cracking resistance, and good impact strength at low temperatures.

    The full name of HDPE is HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE, also known as high-density polyethylene in Chinese. Compared with LDPE and LLDPE, it has higher temperature resistance, oil resistance, steam penetration resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance. In addition, it has good electrical insulation, impact resistance, and cold resistance. Therefore, the plastic in plastic septic tanks such as blow molding, injection molding, and rotational molding refers to this material. So next, let's give a detailed introduction to this material:

    HDPE properties: Natural color, cylindrical or flat round particles, smooth particles, particle size should be 2mm~5mm in any direction, without mechanical impurities, and have thermoplasticity. The powder is originally white powder, and qualified products are allowed to have a slight yellow color. It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, but can swell when in contact with fatty hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and halogenated hydrocarbons for a long time. It is slightly soluble in toluene and acetic acid above 70 ℃. Oxidation occurs when heated in the air and influenced by sunlight. Capable of withstanding the erosion of most acids and bases. Low water absorption, able to maintain flexibility at low temperatures, and high electrical insulation. HDPE has good fluidity, low processing temperature, moderate viscosity, and low decomposition temperature. It does not decompose at high temperatures of 300 ℃ in inert gas, making it a plastic with excellent processing performance.
