    Our company's self-developed non-powered treatment process for rural domestic sewage possesses these advantages: high efficiency, low operating costs, zero chemical additives, no secondary pollution, odor-free operation, and mosquito breeding suppression. In single-household sewage treatment systems, each household is equipped with one sanitization tank, one oil-grease-solids interceptor, and one advanced purification tank (configured separately for discharge standards or irrigation standards). The specific treatment process flow is as follows:


    The oil-grease-solids interceptor is installed near kitchen drainage outlets, which effectively traps food residues and grease through physical separation. Meanwhile, it provides preliminary water purification. 


    The sanitization tank is inoculated with bio-bacterial strains and specialized biofilm-forming media to establish a stable microbial ecosystem. Bacteria attach to media surfaces with strong hydraulic shock resistance, preventing microbial loss. Bacteria gradually decomposes macromolecular organics into micromolecules, significantly reducing sewage COD levels and removing surfactants. Solid organics (fecal scum, toilet paper, etc.) are simultaneously decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O, achieving fecal waste reduction and eliminating traditional sludge removal. Treated water complies with *Sanitary Requirements for Fecal Sludge Sanitization (GB7959-2012)*. Coliforms is ≤ 10,000/L, the removal rate of roundworm eggs & Salmonella is ≥ 98%, and the pH value is stably in the range of 7-9. The output organic liquid can be fertilizer for direct crop irrigation. When liquid fertilizer is unneeded, treated water merges with kitchen/laundry/bathing wastewater into the advanced purification tank.


    The advanced purification tank (Irrigation Standards) is loaded with bacterial strains, specialized biofilm-forming media, and deodorizing/filtering materials. Through synergistic "bacteria-media" action, pollutants are deeply degrades to achieve irrigation-compliant effluent. When overflow enters a clear water tank, the compliant irrigation water may irrigate household vegetable plots, or infiltrate surrounding soil through permeable tank walls (soil structure improved by microbial activity, alleviating compaction).


    The advanced purification tank (Discharge Standards) for the sensitive water bodies, contains bio-media for ammonia-N and phosphorus removal. Under the bacterial synergy, the ammonia-N removal rate is >90%, and total phosphorus removal rate reaches >85%. Compliant effluent may irrigate vegetable plots, or be discharged directly into water bodies. Active bacteria colonize river sediment, continuously decomposing organic matter to restore black-odorous water ecosystems.


Our bacterial strains feature: 

● Self-dormancy and self-activation capabilities.

● Viability at -40°C to 60°C.

● Non-toxic, heavy-metal-free certification by Ningbo Customs and China Chemical Inspection Institute (CNAS/ILAC accredited).
